On August 27th, 2022, the Marshfield Clinic MS Team will host its 1st annual Walk Rock N Roll for MS.

The event will consist of a 2.5 mile walk and 5 mile run with all proceeds going to support local Multiple Sclerosis patients and their caregivers.

MS is a lifelong, sometimes debilitating, neurological condition affecting approximately 1 million people within the US. Many MS patients face unaffordable, out-of-pocket costs for items like wheelchair ramps, transport services, service animals and in-home care. These are only a few examples of financial challenges facing MS patients & their families.

With this event we hope to gather funding to establish a MS Patient Care Fund through Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation. While attaining financial support for area MS patients is the goal, we also hope to raise community awareness & influence/improve public perception of people living with this disease.

Despite this lifelong, potentially debilitating disease, these patients are incredibly resilient and determined to live life to the fullest. As the largest provider of MS Care in Central WI our soul mission is improving the lives of those with MS. This event will further that mission.
