Story
The 100 Club Challenge is a special competition during the Chicago Triathlon weekend. Originally known as the First Responders' Competition, the program began in 2007 as a friendly wager among seven members of the Chicago Police Department and the Chicago Office of the FBI. Since then, the competition has hosted more than 1,000 participants from more than 24 agencies across the country.
The 100 Club of Illinois is honored to partner with the Chicago Triathlon for the 100 Club Challenge. The 100 Club's mission is to provide resources, several forms of financial support, access to trainings, and moral support to both the families of first responders killed in the line of duty and active duty first responders throughout the state of Illinois. All sworn federal, state, county, and local first responders stationed in Illinois are included.
This year, the 100 Club of Illinois is challenging participants to take their commitment to the next level. Participants, family, and friends can use this platform to create a personalized fundraising page and support the 100 Club while they train (or cheer on a loved one!).
