For entirely remodeling the facility and 120 Fahrenheit shower temperature instead of below because hot showers are important especially in the winter. Replacing all shower faucets too.

For replacing shower faucets during entire remodel so it can have better temperature so it never gets stuck on hot again this will help you not decrease hot water heater temperature again.

For expanding and entirely remodeling the grove city facility and replacing the hot water heater with tankless water heater with recirculating pump for instant hot water for showers.
