The Howard University School of Business 21st Century Advantage Program (21CAP) was created 30 years ago to recruit and retain the best of the best students to the School of Business! For 30 years 21CAP has provided early exposure to the corporate world, professional development, mentorship, leadership skills and a community of support to every single business student.

In celebration of our 30th anniversary, we are launching the 30 for 30 Scholarship Campaign to highlight the incredible work 21CAP has done and continues to do with first-year business students. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to award $1,000 each to 30 first-year students and 21CAP Management Team Leaders!
