24-Hour Walk for Haiti

This walk replaces my Annual Bike Ride for Haiti, which I conducted on the Natchez Trace Parkway for 8 years. The 24-Hour Walk will be held on the Madison-Ridgeland Academy track (7601 Old Canton Rd, Madison, MS) from 5:00 p.m. CST Friday, April 16 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021. I have a personal goal of walking 100 KM (62.5 miles).

My walk aims to raise awareness of "The Mission" of God's Promise in Haiti, Matthew 25:35-36, and to raise the necessary funds to provide healthcare, clean drinking water, adequate clothing, nutritional food, and homes to the over 10,000 underserved residents in Sarthe, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The funds will also provide much-needed hygiene and food supplies for hospital patients and those who are incarcerated.

My friends, family, and I invite you, your family, and friends to participate by walking "part or all" of the 100 kilometers.
