#5DaysOfNAC will raise awareness and funds to support the urgent needs of NAC's medically complex children in or at risk of foster care in New York City.

Delivering hope and supporting the urgent needs of NAC's medically complex children right here in New York City.
For 40 years, NAC has served children with severe disabilities and chronic medical conditions who are in foster care or at risk of foster care placement, have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect, and/or have spent years living in hospitals.
During the week of November 15th - 19th, the NAC Junior Board will be harnessing the power of their combined networks and community to raise $40,000 in honor of NAC's 40th Anniversary to support critical services for NAC kids in or at risk of foster care.
By providing comprehensive health and social services, NAC keeps children safe from abuse, finds them permanent and nurturing adoptive homes, and provides the educational, mental health, and medical support to ensure they reach their potential.
With your help, we can give NAC kids not only hope, but the real help needed to truly change their lives.
The past two years have made NAC children's already difficult lives even more difficult. That is why your help is needed now more than ever.
