The Commission on Law & Aging (COLA) is the ABA leader in securing and strengthening the rights of older adults. The number of older individuals facing challenges relating to medical treatment decision making, guardianship, special needs, domestic violence, and discrimination issues, among others has skyrocketed in recent years. Through state and national advocacy, policy, development, education, and research, COLA fights for justice for all older adults.
