SUNY Oneonta is committed to provide access for students who face severe financial challenges. We aim to increase the amount of support we can give and expand the types of support we offer. Many students that participate in our Access and Opportunity Programs face unexpected financial burdens and are sometimes prevented from participating in extracurricular activities because of limited financial resources.
EOP/ACE
The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) provides access for students who demonstrate academic potential and a desire to earn a college degree. EOP assists students who are both academically and financially disadvantaged and provides additional services needed to ensure success.
CAMP
The College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) is a federally grant funded scholarship program that assists students from migrant and/or seasonal farm working backgrounds in their transition to college. The CAMP scholarship, however, is limited to a students first-year.
