Visit the charity's profileRecent estimates indicate that about half of US college students experience some form of food insecurity and lack the resources to feed themselves nutritiously and/or consistently. Food insecurity is especially problematic at community colleges, where many students are from lower-income families and already struggle to buy books and pay for transportation to get to-and-from classes.
