Pathway to College (P2C) is a college preparation collaborative program that is part of Carthage's Urban Teacher Prep initiative. The program provides an opportunity for middle and high school students to develop an interest in the teaching profession and participate in a two-week immersion experience at Carthage each year until high school completion. The program aims to provide students with educational guidance, college preparation, career development, emotional support, and mentorship with a focus on real-life experience. The P2C shows Carthage's commitment to building a community that spans generations and bridges ideologies, nurturing lives of service, work, appreciation, and understanding.
