Hudson Guild's K-8 Youth Services Program for youth between ages 5-13 includes structured, experiential learning opportunities in the following areas: academic support, enrichment activities, physical activity, and healthy living activities.

K-8 Youth Services' structured activities map a path to achievement of specific learning goals and the acquisition of specific skills that reflect relevant New York City and State learning standards.

The theme for the summer program is Citizenship. The area of focus is Character building and Social Emotional Learning. Each week they will learn about citizenship, honesty, respect, compassion, responsibility, courage and perseverance. Campers will engage in Art, STEM, Literacy, Physical Wellness, and field trips.

To support this initiative, the Junior Advisory Board is seeking to raise $10K to ensure more kids are able participate at this critical time in their development. The funds we raise will help offset the costs associated with summer camp and athletic programs. Our goal is to help these young students enjoy the summer and get back on track ahead of the new school year.

Here's how your contribution could help!

$25 could cover the costs of a Summer Camp t-shirt for a child

$50 provides a child with art supplies for the summer

$100 could provide a week of Summer Camp for one child

$250 would cover a campers breakfast and lunch for the summer

$500 could fund a field trip for 20 campers

$1,000 could help send a kid to camp for the entire summer
