I am raising money for Children's Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM).

As many people know, my youngest son Miller had a cancerous tumor which we have spent the last couple of years fighting. Thankfully he is doing well now and off treatment. None of this would have been possible without CHAM's help as they dealt with the initial diagnosis, the critical surgery to remove the tumor and Miller's left kidney, as well as the doctors having been a constant source of support and information through Miller's treatment even though we went to another hospital for further treatment. I personally, will be forever indebted to Dr. Daniel Weiser and his team and so will spend the rest of my life trying to prove it.

As a start, I am doing a fund raiser where I have a) shaved my head (big wow!) and b) am participating in a 250 mile relay run on October 22nd. The event should run ~26 hours and I will be running with 10 other crazy dudes. Each will do 3-4 legs of running where each runner does 15-22 miles total to cover the entire distance. www.runragnar.com.
