Southern University at Shreveport, LA (SUSLA) Athletic Department provides intercollegiate sports which includes Womens Basketball and Mens Basketball. Teams compete in Division I basketball and are sanctioned by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) through region #23. The Department also offers highly competitive Band, Dance and Cheer programs.
