Story

In 2021, nearly 10% of The Foundations grant awards involved youth development programming. These positive youth development experiences strengthen young peoples sense of identity, belief in the future, self-regulation, and self-efficacy as well as their social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral competence.

About the charity

The Children’s Foundation envisions a Michigan where all kids have an equitable opportunity to live a healthy life. We do this through collaborative philanthropy, working with community partners and passionate donors to solve issues facing youth.
