With the holidays fast approaching and a shared hands-on approach to improving the communities in which we work and live, We are reaching out to draw attention to the mission and work of Abilities First for the upcoming Holiday Helping Hands initiative this holiday season.
The organization was founded in 1962 by a handful of mothers who wanted an education for their children to help them achieve their greatest possible independence and quality of life.
Last year, Abilities First fed 240 families at Thanksgiving and another 250 families at Christmas, making 2022 the third year in a row of an increase greater than 5%.
Please consider contributing to share the joy of abundance and help us support struggling families and individuals. A donation of any size would help us reach every needy family receiving services at Abilities First with a holiday meal and small gifts for the children.
