As one of this year's recipients, Josue is grateful for the award from CSUEB Alumni Association. In his thank-you note to the organization, Josue wrote, "It has been very challenging being a full-time student and a full-time employee. This scholarship will help me tremendously my last year at East Bay."
As a first-generation Latino student passionate about helping underrepresented communities, Josue hopes to earn his MS in Psychology. He plans to use his degrees to serve underrepresented minorities like Latinos and African Americans, emphasizing mental and physical health.
Your support to the CSUEB's Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship Fund will help assure that scholarship awards are available for full-time students with a 2.0 GPA or better who can demonstrate financial need.
Thank you in advance, and please know students like Josue are genuinely grateful for your gift, no matter the size.
