The Talent Development Fund was created to enhance the AP Society’s ability to attract, nurture, and develop a pool of talented individuals who are interested in the field of antennas and propagation. The Fund will benefit undergraduate and graduate students as well as early career and young professionals, including practitioners and researchers. Your donation will:

-Promote AP to students worldwide as a vibrant and interesting field full of potential opportunities;

-Grow AP-S membership globally by attracting students into the AP field and empower them with the value of engineering practice;

-Nurture the next generation of engineers who will push the boundaries of knowledge in the AP field;

-Invest in the AP engineers of tomorrow to be instrumental and impactful in addressing societal issues that we are grappling with in many countries today;

-Empower AP engineers of tomorrow to solve challenging technology problems big and small with sustainable solutions.
