Why support Armour on Giving Day 2023?
1 - Scholarships break down the financial barriers that get in the way of students accessing our engineering programs; programs that will allow them to move from the bottom 20% to the top 20% socioeconomically.
2 - Engineering has always been a hands-on profession, and the full complement of experiential-learning opportunities provided through the Armour Academy will help students develop those hands-on, teamwork, and leadership skills that will set them apart in the engineering workforce of the future.
3 - Formally, approximately 25-30 undergraduate students participate in Armour Research & Development each year with faculty members. More funds would allow us to grow Armour R&D to include more students.
