When Carleen Suttman supports our education programs, she knows that her gift is making it possible for our Q the Music students to experience the joy of learning how to play an instrument, work together to make music and open their mind to a world of new experiences. Sharing our Magic Carpet program with local elementary schools is another opportunity to expose children to the Dayton Ballet, Dayton Opera and the Dayton Philharmonic. The Hones support the program because they have seen young children light up with joy! They know that with each performance, their gift is making a difference with every young person in the audience.

By offering as many learning opportunities as possible to the children and the adults in our community through performances, not only in the Schuster Center and the Victoria Theatre, but also out in the community -- in schools, in after-school programs, at libraries, in community centers, and in neighborhood theaters, your gifts make it possible to share the arts with everyone.

In addition to the wonderful variety of educational opportunities, the Stained Glass Series was created in honor of the late Mrs. Norma Ross, a tireless advocate for music and minority youth.
