Visit the charity's profileThe Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) invites all golfers to take a swing at curing blood cancers.
Through Birdies for Blood Cancer, LRF will partner with the golfing community to raise critical funds for research while spreading awareness of lymphoma and other blood cancers, which affect more than 1 million people in the United States.
Golfers are encouraged to ask family and friends to pledge support for each birdie they hit throughout their season or tournament. Supporters will "buy their first birdie" with a small one-time donation ($2 minimum), then golfers will invite donors back to make a full donation at the end of each golfer's campaign. All pledges are non-binding.
