This year, in honour of the Day for the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we invite you to join us in supporting Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC), formerly known as Carea Community Health Centre, through our annual fundraising initiative.

DCHC is more than a charity focused on community health—they are a team of compassionate individuals dedicated to breaking down barriers to healthcare and improving the well-being of our community. Their integrated care, wellness programs and emphasis on health education empower individuals and build a healthier, more equitable future for everyone.

They focus their work on multiple equity-deserving populations, including Indigenous Health and Wellness and Black Health and Wellness.

We deeply believe in the transformative work that DCHC is doing and we are passionate about supporting their initiatives again this year.

DCHC relies on the generosity of communities like ours to sustain and expand their services. This fundraiser offers a meaningful way for us to come together and directly contribute to their mission.
