The International Graduate Programs for Educators (IGPE) at Buffalo State offers a unique experience for educators working at American/International schools all over the world. IGPE coordinates on-site, accredited, high-quality graduate coursework and professional development for teachers and administrators in international schools. IGPE coursework and workshops intend to make positive contributions to teaching and learning processes, and in doing so, make the world a better place through education.

IGPE provides our students with more than a degree. Our graduates become part of a vast network of IGPE alumni across the world. Current students benefit from the collective experience and wisdom of this network.

But keeping everyone connected when we are spread all across the globe is no mean feat. Many of our students and alumni are based in disadvantaged communities around the world and lack the resources to come to Buffalo for commencement ceremonies when they graduate, much less to travel for professional development experiences that benefit the whole IGPE network.
