Help Carthage Enactus make a difference in the Kenosha Community by making a gift to DiversiReads. This program seeks to foster unity and belonging, bridge racial divides, and empower the next generation of leaders.

Inspired by the love of reading and the Little Free Library (LFL) movement, DiversiReads works to instill a love of reading, build community, and spark creativity. Carthage Enactus established this program in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and Kenosha protests with the goal of unifying the Kenosha community.

"We sought to find a creative way to emphasize the value of differences, the importance of multi-ethnic representation, and empowerment."

The DiversiReads Committee hosts regular Reading Days where they visit local elementary school classrooms and libraries to introduce diverse titles and spark conversation among young students. They also gift a 12-book bundle to each class and library they vist.

Your gift to DiversiReads will help Carthage Enactus continue this work by providing funds for new books and the stocking and construction of Little Free Libraries around the Kenosha community.
