Story

The Brooklyn Alumni Board will match the first $500 donated to the Chapels renovation. Double your gift today!

This summer, we will be refreshing the two chapels on the Brooklyn Campus. Did you know that we have a chapel on the fourth floor of the library at SJC Brooklyn, designed to give all students a contemplative space and break from their studies?

Help to refresh the lesser-known, mid-century Lady Chapel and the Kennedy Chapel, so they remain relevant to the next generations and welcoming to everyone.

All gifts are welcome and needed. A donation of $500 provides one chair for the McEntegart Library Chapel, and includes an engraved plate to honor someone special.

About the charity

Founded in 1916 by the Sisters of St. Joseph, the mission of the College is to provide a strong academic and value-oriented education, while staying affordable for all deserving students. The College prepares each student for a life worthy of our motto: Esse non videri — “To be, not to seem.”
