The Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital is a comprehensive children's hospital that treats over 75,000 patients through our in-patient and out-patient services which include caring for some of our most vulnerable populations at the Pediatric Faculty Group at Saint Peter's Family Health Center. We pride ourselves on not only providing expert care, but also creating an environment that is welcoming and inclusive.
The Children's Hospital at Saint Peters has a special place in our hearts. Our son, James was born at 36 weeks with hydrocephalus. He was in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 25 days and underwent three procedures. We have had multiple visits to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and go to Physical Therapy and Feeding Therapy weekly. Everyone at Saint Peters has become family. Even after a year, when we meet nurses, doctors, social workers, and nurses aides in the hall, they all greet us with a smile and a 'Hi, James!' Through your support, we have been able to purchase state-of-the-art equipment, renovate patient care areas, provide a multitude of therapies to patients through the Child Life Team, ensure families have the resources and tools to care for their child upon leaving the hospital and support our clinical staff in furthering their education.
