The College of Architecture is one of the nation's fabled centers of design research, with a record dating back more than a century and influence that is felt around the world. We are the top-ranked architecture school in the Midwest and among the top 10 percent of programs nation-wide. S. R. Crown Hall, our remarkable home, is the finest purpose-built architectural school building in the world, attracting thousands of visitors annually.

Our faculty includes more award-winning architects and landscape architects than any school in hundreds of miles. Combined with the architectural riches of Chicago, we provide a virtually matchless learning environment for design.

Our greatest asset is our students. And in line with Illinois Institute of Technology's founding mission, we welcome them without regard to economic or social circumstance. Thus, it should come as no surprise to learn that nearly every one of our students receives substantial financial aid.
