The Cal Poly Humboldt Computer Science Club empowers students, fosters innovation, and creates real-world impact through technology. As a student-led organization, the club provides hands-on learning, networking, and professional growth opportunities. Support is needed to keep these efforts going strong.
The club hosts the Hackathon for Social Good each year, connecting students with local nonprofits to develop software solutions that tackle real-world challenges. Donations help provide resources, mentorship, and prizes encouraging participation and innovation.
Club members compete in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), the world’s top programming competition. With strong regional performances, students demonstrate problem-solving and algorithmic skills. Support helps cover travel, registration, and training costs.
Workshops on coding, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity make tech education accessible to all students. Collaborations with local schools also inspire future programmers. Contributions ensure these valuable learning experiences continue.
Every dollar goes directly to supporting events, competitions, and resources for students. Help to build a thriving tech community at Cal Poly Humboldt and create a lasting impact in the world of computing.
