The Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County (CP Nassau) has continuously been a stable supporter of children and adults with disabilities and their families for over 70 years. CP Nassau still continues to need your support during this unprecedented time. We are grateful for all the continued support, and hope that you are able to help by participating in our 2021 Polar Bear Plunge.
We hope that you will join in the fun, and with your support, CP Nassau plans on coming out of the other end of Covid-19 crisis stronger and more dedicated to those they serve!
