LSSI's 4th Annual Day of Giving "A Day in the Life" is a way to raise awareness and funds for LSSI. It also commemorates the 152nd year of LSSI's founding in October 1867! The depth and breadth of LSSI's service is remarkable due in large part to faithful partners like you. This year's Day of Giving on October 31 falls on the exact day of our LSSI's founding. Please consider your donation a birthday present to LSSI as we celebrate 152 years!

Create a fundraising page and share on social media to be entered to win an iPad. Every $25 gift you raise is an entry to win an iPad, for you as well as the donor. (For example, if 5 friends make a donation of $25 each, you receive 5 entries, and each of your friends gets one.) Once you enter your information, select personal occasion and someones birthday to enter LSSIs October 31st birth date. (Winner announced on November 1.)

A gift of $25 helps purchase a handbook for foster parents enrolled in our trauma training seminar. For a family facing a need for mental health care, addiction treatment, and other critical circumstances, your gift can make all the difference.

$1000 fundraised provides 5 weeks of outpatient services for someone in addiction recovery.

$500 fundraised provides 5 hours of mental health care services for our uninsured clients.

$100 fundraised provides a week of breakfast for people on the road to sobriety at LSSI's residential rehabilitation program located at our Addiction Treatment Program-Elgin.
