Every day, the Dayton YMCA is a place where people come to move, connect, recharge, and feel a sense of community. For some, the Y is where they prioritize their health and wellbeing. For others, it is a place to build friendships, find support, grow through new experiences, or simply feel like they belong.

As a downtown YMCA, we serve a diverse community of people of all ages — from youth and young adults discovering their strengths, to older adults building meaningful connections and staying active and engaged. Through fitness and wellness programs, ForeverWell offerings, youth development, community partnerships, and a welcoming place to gather, the Dayton Y plays an important role in the health and wellbeing of our community.
