1st Grade Class Fundraiser

On March 5, 2026, please help us reach our $50,000 goal to fund critical roof and plumbing repairs that will secure the structural foundation necessary for DCA’s mission to flourish.

Dublin Christian Academy is a PreK-12 Christian school located in Dublin, NH. The school's rigorous college-prep curriculum and discipleship emphasis support its mission to nurture, train, and grow the next generation of Christian leaders.

Story

Our historic campus is more than just a collection of buildings; it is the hub of discipleship, rigorous learning, and relationship building. The stability of our program relies on essential, often overlooked systems—like plumbing and roofs—that support everything we do. At DCA, investing the maintenance and preservation of our beloved campus is fundamental to our mission.

For years, managing the continuous and complex demands of a historic property has often meant reacting to problems. The formation of a new capital committee made up of DCA parents with professional expertise in building trades is a big step toward adjusting our approach. Together, we have thoroughly assessed our facilities and developed a prioritized plan to guide where we invest funds sacrificially donated to our capital fund.

The scale of the challenge is large: our deferred maintenance needs total approximately $2 million. Addressing a need of this magnitude requires a multi-pronged approach, including securing grants, pursuing community foundations, and improving energy efficiency (like HVAC and insulation upgrades) to reduce long-term operational costs.

While every item on the plan is important, our Giving Day, March 5, 2026, is dedicated to the most urgent priorities. This Giving Day, we aim to raise at least $50,000 as essential seed funding toward:

A major plumbing overhaul and full renovation of the student bathrooms and hallway in the preschool/kindergarten and guys’ dormitory building.

A new roof on our historic main building to prevent water damage and preserve the structural integrity of the dining room, kitchen, Common Grounds, and administrative offices.

These are not the flashiest projects, but they are the most critical to the health, safety, and operational stability of our campus. Together, these two priority projects require approximately $150,000 to complete. This high-impact work makes certain our facilities support, rather than hinder, our mission. We are asking you to invest in the essential foundation so that the visible work and mission can flourish.

We ask you to contribute to our unified capital fund, trusting the Committee and operations team to deploy resources where needs are most vital to our mission.

To keep you informed of our progress, we are launching a new webpage that will catalogue our capital projects, allowing you to follow how your gifts are being used and the work we are doing. By moving away from single projects, we can ensure that every dollar you donate goes directly toward securing the long-term stability of our school.

Your partnership is an investment in the longevity of our mission.
