The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileDelone Catholic’s wrestling program is thrilled to be in the midst of the team’s most successful season in nine years! With a budding team of 20 wrestlers, DCHS posted a regular season dual meet record of 9-2, qualifying for District 3 duals for the first time since 2017.
The Squires claimed the team title at the Snacktown Duals and second place at the Big Cat Brawl. New additions to the schedule were two prestigious invitationals, which resulted in a 12th-place finish at the Neil Turner Invitational and seventh place at the Hub Cup out of more than 30 teams competing in each event.
On an individual level, the team has three year-round, national circuit freshmen who have posted records of 23-0, 22-1, and 22-2. Additional anchors to the team are a senior captain and a junior, both of whom have lost only four bouts all season.
With a commitment to nurturing this talented team of athletes, DCHS wrestling is seeking financial support for our wrestlers on their way to the postseason. There is a saying, “summer wrestlers make winter champions,” and it is so true. A large group of Squires will compete in the postseason, and we are excited that they will be able to compete for district, regional, and state championships.
We are asking for your investment in these student-athletes who have worked so hard to reach this level to help them continue their pursuit of championships next season and beyond. Thank you for your support of the Squires! 🏆🙌🤼‍♂️
