As the end of the year approaches, we're so grateful for the community that has supported, volunteered, celebrated, and advocated for the Parkview Foundations throughout the years. At a time when everything feels uncertain, we find comfort and encouragement knowing that you care about our patients and their families as much as we do.

In celebration of Diabetes Awareness Month, we are raising funds to benefit our diabetes care team and the needs associated with patient care, department equipment and technology, as well as staff education and training.

There are more than 65,000 persons are living with diabetes and over 150,000 living with prediabetes in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. Using the JustGiving page, you can mobilize your friends and family to share in the momentum Parkview is building to support those who live with diabetes.

1. Set up your JustGiving page as a part of the Parkview Foundations team. Click the orange 'Start Fundraising' button to begin.

2. Set a fundraising goal you are comfortable with.

3. Then, once a week, copy and paste the pre-written messages and photos our team sends to you.
