Join Us in Making a Difference for Children in Foster Care!

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with One Heart Family Ministries for our 2024 duffel bag project! We're also excited to have Crafty Midwestern Mommy from Troy, Missouri, handling all our embroidery again this year. Thank you for your continued support!

Our journey began in 2013 when we completed our STARS training through One Heart Family Ministries and became officially licensed through Bringing Families Together (BFT) in 2014. Once licensed, we partnered with BFT to provide 55 embroidered duffel bags to local children in foster care. Through the incredible support of family, friends, Girl Scout troops, and neighbors, all the children's names and wish list items were quickly claimed.

In 2015, we expanded our efforts with One Heart Family Ministries to reach even more children in foster care within our local community. We met that challenge and fulfilled Christmas wishes for 265 children.

Since 2014, we've provided over 2,850 embroidered duffel bags to children throughout the St. Louis metro area and Warren County in foster care. These bags are more than just carriers for their belongings—they are symbols of dignity and care.

This year, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we aim to make an even bigger impact. Our goal is to provide 350 embroidered bags. ***EDITED*** increased to 380 embroidered bags due to waitlists**** We believe that no child should have to carry their belongings in a trash bag. With your support, we can achieve this goal and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children.
