Join Us in Making a Difference for Children in Foster Care

We’re excited to launch our 2025 Duffel Bag Project in partnership with One Heart Family Ministries! We're also grateful to have MIDWEST Stitch n Print (formerly known as Crafty Midwestern Mommy of Troy), Missouri, handling all our embroidery again this year. Thank you for continuing to support our mission!

Our journey began in 2013 after completing STARS training through One Heart Family Ministries. In 2014, we officially became licensed through Bringing Families Together (BFT). That same year, we teamed up with BFT to provide 55 embroidered duffel bags to local children in foster care. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community—family, friends, neighbors, and Girl Scout troops—all of the children's names and wish lists were quickly claimed and fulfilled.

In 2015, we expanded our efforts through One Heart Family Ministries, fulfilling the Christmas wishes of 265 children in foster care in our community.

Since 2014, our nonprofit has delivered over 3,300 embroidered duffel bags to children in foster care across the St. Louis metro area and Warren County. These aren’t just bags—they’re symbols of care, hope, and dignity. No child should have to carry their belongings in a trash bag.

Our 2025 Goal

This year, our goal is to provide 420 children with their very own embroidered duffel bags. With your support, we can meet that goal and continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children in foster care.
