In 2023, Carteret Community College celebrates its 60th anniversary. As part of the 60th Anniversary, Carteret CC leadership and Carteret CC Foundation made it a goal to upgrade the Joslyn Hall Auditorium space to make this valuable community and campus resource worthy for those who use it.

Joslyn Hall, the largest classroom at Carteret CC, has become invaluable to training the future leaders of our community. Usage tripled from 2019 to 2021, showing how valuable the facility is to the College. In 2022 alone, Joslyn Hall was used 319 times for classes; 93 times for Carteret CC internal meetings, program pinning ceremonies, certificate ceremonies, Foundation-sponsored lectures & performances; 16 times by Carteret County Public Schools; and 78 times by external organizations.
