Kick off the summer with Explore Sauga! Beginning now and running until Labour Day, we encourage you to get outside for a COVID-safe, outdoor activity that will get your body moving, heart pumping and feel good energy flowing while collecting pledges and raising critical funds for your community hospital, Trillium Health Partners.

Dust off your walking shoes and explore one of Mississauga's 36 local walking trails. We've made it super easy with a curated list of trails, rated by difficulty level, length and estimated time of completion so you can plan your day perfectly. There's a trail for everyone- whether you're a seasoned hiker or just want to go on a leisurely stroll to get some fresh air. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly trails are also available along with scenic locations for optimal bird watching, diverse wildlife and picturesque wildflowers.

When you participate in Explore 'Sauga, you'll be stepping in to support the redevelopment and expansion of our Mississauga Hospital. The Explore 'Sauga fundraising initiative will help support this redevelopment, creating a much larger emergency department, a new and bigger surgical platform and an expanded intensive care unit. This building project is the largest community hospital campaign our region has ever seen, but it's necessary to create a more complete, inclusive and efficient health care system for our rapidly growing community.
