There are nearly 600,000 people in the Food Bank's service area who do not know when or where their next meal will come from. Thank you for visiting this page and joining us in our mission to end food insecurity in our community. Every dollar raised will provide 5 meals to the community in need.
In 2023, the Greenville Branch of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina served 12,587,828 meals to individuals across 5 counties in eastern Carolina! Last year Greenville Branch distributed more than 8,261,602 pounds of fresh produce for food-insecure families and individuals.
Within the Greenville Branch’s service area, at least 24% of children and 39% of seniors are facing food insecurity. Your support means more families experiencing food-insecurity can count on the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina to provide needed meals!
97% of every donated dollar goes towards food and feeding programs to support the surrounding communities.
