Story
Alternative Family Services supports hundreds of Foster Youth across Northern CA - Greater Sacramento and Greater Bay Areas.
The needs of the youth in our care have increased immensely in the recent months. AFS has continued to support our community's highest risk youth in light of challenges relating to the global pandemic. Help the children of Alternative Family Services start the school year off with success and stability by making a donation to the Foster Learning back to school drive OR choose school supplies through our Amazon link below.
Health equity is at the pinnacle of our mission and we must ensure that all AFS Foster Youth are fully equipped with the tools and resources necessary for successful education from home. This support is critical for under-served students who often rely on public schools and teachers for supplies, meal assistance and enrichment programs. Support a foster child's distance learning needs by making a donation today.
