When you support the Founders Fund, you honor Gardner-Webb's unique history and help current and future students experience the university's growth.

On Nov. 30, the Gardner-Webb community will celebrate Founders Day to honor the names and legacies of the persons and groups who played formative roles in the University’s development. The day of celebration will be highlighted by the historical marker placed at the Washburn House, our first free-standing library as well as the posthumous presentation of this year’s Founders Medal to J.D. Huggins, the first principal of Boiling Springs High School.
