Story

It is an exciting time to be a student-athlete at Georgian Court University! Women's lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation and continues to evolve every year, which makes it exhilarating to play, and even more enjoyable to watch. Last year, the NCAA expanded the Division II tournament bracket, giving the Lions a wonderful opportunity to be recognized nationally. Over the next few years, the tournament bracket will continue to grow as more schools adopt this incredible sport into their athletic programs. As our game continues to grow, so does the level of excellence of the Georgian Court student-athletes.

Some points of pride in the last 13 seasons include:

* 66 All-Conference Players

* 7 CACC Players of the Year

* 3 CACC Coaches of the Year

* 3 IWLCA All Region Attackers

* 29 IWLCA Academic Honor Roll Students

* 6 IWLCA Academic Honor Squads

* 1 IWLCA Division II Community Awareness Award Recipient
