CAPS, with five licensed medical clinics in San Diego, provides pregnancy services, free of charge, for women and couples facing unintended pregnancies. CAPS serves over 1,700 individual patients annually with pregnancy consultations, nurse consultations, ultrasounds, and resources for healthy pregnancies. CAPS continues to provide strong support through the organization’s social services department after the baby is born. Women and couples receive quality medical care, loving support, and are empowered to make healthy choices for their pregnancies.
