We focus on promotion of anime and understanding the artistic liberties, styles, influences, and decisions that were made in the process of the creation of anime to try and understand the artists depiction, color choice, and discuss the emotional connections that were made.

We also go take a look at sound and interactions between characters to try and understand the story behind the characters and the story being told.

The focus is on art. Whether it be sound or style. Our focus is to discuss a specific form of cartoon animation from Japan with an interdisciplinary perspective as well.

Our goal is to promote the arts, spread awareness, and gain an understanding of the industry, better understand artists choices, and connections.
