Thanks to your support, the Hurley Foundation exists to provide philanthropic support to Hurley Medical Center, but it is much more than that, it is the heartbeat of a community that believes everyone deserves compassionate, comprehensive care. Together, the Foundation and Medical Center ensure that Hurley is always there for patients, whether for trauma, behavioral health, pediatrics, or emerging needs among many others. Hurley Foundation granted over $2 million for surgical instruments, breast cancer navigation services, lactation consultants, diabetes in pregnancy programs, Hurley Food FARMacy, and parent sleep room renovations. Expanding creative, hospital-based interventions that prevent illness, build resilience, and reduce disparities for underserved populations Hurley treats everyone with clinical excellence, regardless of their ability to pay. The work of the Hurley Foundation helps support hospital programs and initiatives that are under-funded or not funded at all. We rely on donors like you to make our ongoing programs possible, such as:

Hurley’s Food FARMacy, that provides fresh, locally sourced foods for patients with food insecurity and chronic conditions

Child and Family Life, a unique, non-revenue program that helps children and families cope with emotional, psychological, and developmental challenges associated with illness, injury, or medical treatment

lactation consultants who assist mothers with breastfeeding challenges

Maternal Fetal Medicine which provides expert help for patients with high-risk pregnancies providing clinical expertise in our own back yard.
