The Freedom Fund was created to provide financial freedom from federal grant funding. This fund will position Harding to be ready for the day when the government removes loan and grant availability to students who attend morally conservative Christian universities. Approximately 21% of our students receive Pell Grant support from the government, translating into over $3.5 million (currently). Through current and estate gifts, the Freedom Fund will eventually serve as an alternative to the Pell Grant program and will serve countless students who come through our doors.
