Providing students with a lounge contributes to academic success and provides a much needed break from classroom rigors. Students can relax, recharge, and socialize with their peers in a comfortable and informal setting. The conversion would require some minimal construction— cutting an entry and painting walls — and adding a glass door and properly fitted lounge furniture. The Behavioral Sciences Department seeks funding to create this space.
