Your gift to the Humboldt First Scholarship helps North Coast students pursue a four-year degree while staying close to home. The scholarship was made possible by the generosity of many donors, including alumni. Their contributions enable the University to provide eligible local freshmen with an automatic annual award of $1,000 for up to 4 years, as long as the student makes satisfactory academic progress.

This support helps cover tuition, textbooks, and other essential costs—and it’s already made a real impact. So far, Cal Poly Humboldt has awarded more than 764 Humboldt First Scholarships.
