Graduation is a milestone that deserves to be celebrated—especially for Native students whose journey through higher education is deeply connected to their cultural identity and community. At Cal Poly Humboldt, the Indian Tribal & Educational Personnel Program (ITEPP) Native American Center for Academic Excellence provides culturally responsive academic advising, co-curricular programming, and educational support rooted in Indigenous learning methods. ITEPP is intended to serve, support, and affirm cultural identities while remaining open to all cultures. All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin, who are interested in ITEPP are welcome.
This year, we need your help to provide beautifully crafted, culturally significant graduation sashes for ITEPP students. These sashes are more than just an accessory—they are a powerful symbol of pride, accomplishment, and the traditions that shape their success.
Every gift gets us closer to ensuring each graduating student receives a sash that reflects their heritage and achievements.
