It is astonishing and heartwarming to us how Jason’s legacy continues to help Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC) impact the lives of more and more children and families each year. Your support helps his legacy continue to support children in building brighter futures. It is hard for me to believe that it has been 21 years since Jason’s untimely passing.

To honor Jason’s legacy this year, we are asking you to please consider making a donation to support CCTC’s School-Based Care Coordination Program. Starting in November, CCTC added 26 new schools to its program – they are now providing mental and behavioral services in over 40 Philadelphia schools. This is very exciting news and CCTC now needs additional resources to support this expansion. It is the Fund’s goal to raise $15,000 to support this critical service.

Your generosity will help children meet their academic goals while accessing mental and behavioral services. You are truly helping to have a positive impact on the lives of children and their futures.

The Care Coordinators work within the Philadelphia School District to address specific mental and behavioral challenges the child and family are experiencing in collaboration with school personnel. In addition, the Care Coordinators help to link families to other community resources to remove any barriers to academic success and promote family stability and growth.

We know how important education is and by helping children to truly be able to focus on their schooling you are having an impact on their future. Your support will enable CCTC to continue to provide hope and resiliency to children and their families.
