One of our latest adaptive wheelchair recipients, Zach, is a hero. His story is one of tears, resilience and incredible strength. He lost half of his right foot pushing his sister out of the way of a bus and was dragged half a block by the bus for doing so.

Zach is a rising basketball star on the NY Rolling Fury. He is an amazing kid who we had the pleasure of meeting as well as the rest of the team. We will be providing him with the RGK Elite Basketball Chair. The future is very bright for Zach and his teammates.

We also plan to help the team with upcoming travel expenses for their tournament in Atlanta in February. Each tournament costs about $10,000-12,000 for flights, hotels and van rentals. The team consists of 16-18 athletes, plus 1 parent each and 3 coaches that need to fly each time.
